The Opportunity
You will be joining a close knit team where everybody has a hands on approach, all team members are brokers and billers. You’ll be able to excel in this small team and have the opportunity to become a key member of a growing and dynamic company.

The company are well-known and respected in the industry and you will be able to utilise their extensive network of Airline Operators & Agents and work with some rather interesting and high profile clients – a nice bunch of guys!
The Challenge
Identify and engage with new clients strategically whilst growing your own portfolio. You’ll need to create a performance roadmap to guide you to success. You will be required to handle VIP customers throughout the charter process, from lead generation, contract negotiation and the overseeing of charter flights.

You, the Broker
You will already be a successful broker with solid Business Development experience within Private Aviation and be commercially aware. Additionally, you are likely to be one of the most respected team members in your current company with a client base and billings to match!
You need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Self-motivation, Honesty, Discretion, Integrity, Passion, Reliability, Consistency, Ambition and a desire for success.
Your Skills
Ability to attract new business and demonstrate your leadership, have initiative and be able to work on your own. You’ll be an excellent communicator who loves to network.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate New Business by developing potential leads through various channels including existing contacts, the company’s existing extensive database, research, meetings and industry news
• Respond to enquiries for Aircraft Charter promptly and professionally. Provide informative, tailored solutions for clients based on their specific requirements and budget; using extensive industry and aircraft knowledge and suitable pricing strategies to present the aircraft effectively
• Pro-active liaison with aircraft operators, handling agents, catering and other suppliers prior to departure of confirmed flights; to ensure flights are performed with the highest levels VIP service and discretion
• For departures from the London area (or other locations as deemed appropriate) on site representation and coordination of departing flights
• General account management responsibilities for existing and potential clients as well as relationship management with various suppliers
• Continually monitor and keep up to date with market and industry developments, ensuring that company databases and records are kept up to date of aircraft fleets, correct contacts etc.
• Representation at key industry conferences and events, building relationships and industry awareness
