Air Conditioning Engineer – Multi Skilled

An industry leading M&E service provider is seeking a Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to work in a high profile site near Leicester. They are offering a salary of up to £43,200training and fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry. Training will also be provided

This is an immediately available role on a dynamic and prestigious site working as part of close knit team.

Job Role:

You will be required to work a continental shift pattern,with overtime and call-out opportunities available also. Engineers are expected to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment.

Duties will include Troubleshooting, Diagnosing and rectifying AC / refrigeration problems, PPM on AC units & Splits, and the ability to prepare prelimary reports for any major repairs and breakdowns on AC & refrigeration units.

Principle Accountabilities

* To carry out planned preventative/reactive maintenance on all associated equipment
* Operate and monitor all plant and equipment safely
* To comply with safety rules and to maintain a high standard of discipline
* Participate in the on call roster as and when required.

Down Flow Units
VRV
VRF
VAV
Crac Units
Chillers
Chilled water/air
Requirements:

F-Gas
City & Guilds – Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Recognised apprenticeship or C+G Level 2
Minimum 3 years building services experience
Multi skilled so knowledge of Plumbing/Electrical/Mechanical also
