Salary: £40,800 – £45,000 per year

Air Conditioning Engineer (Mobile) –

An Excellent opportunity is available for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a nationally recognized company on one their flagship contracts, you will have the opportunity to obtain excellent training and development

The company are major provider’s property and facilities maintenance working for clients nationwide. They have a number of large contracts with commercial, retail, hospitality and leisure, and public sector clients

As a mobile engineer you will cover within the Bournemouth area, working a 40 hour week 8 am – 5pm and providing a salrary up to 37.5K per annum 

The Role:

·Responsible on day to day basis for all aspects of but not limited to, maintenance regime, reactive and PPM, compliance.

·Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air handling, air conditioning systems and chillers with the team when needed

·Diagnose faults on various air conditioning, heat pumps, refrigeration or air handling systems and carry out necessary remedial repairs

·Sound fault-finding skills on all forms of Air Conditioning, including Chillers (Recip, Screw etc), Splits, VRF and Refrigeration Plant

·Maintaining AHU’s and FCU’s / VRV’s and VRF’s

·Carrying out quality checks to make sure systems are working properly and safely

Successful applicants must have the following:

·F-gas Category 1

·Apprentice Trained or NVQ/City & Guilds Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Level 1, 2 & 3

·Excellent knowledge of AC and associated plant, such as Fans, controls, pumps, pipework,

·Previous Mobile experience
