Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity within our Oxford Audi retailer.
As part of Ridgeway’s drive to improve our sales we are starting a new project to review our aftersales & sales process.
This will involve listening to and reviewing aftersales & sales calls into the business as a means of improving our overall lead management. This is a new and high profile position that is being sponsored at a board level and will be at the very heart of sales going forward.
Person spec
You need to have excellent listening skills and able to enter data in an accurate and timely fashion. You will need to be a self-starter with an ability to work methodically and to a defined process. Needs to be motivated to listen to and accurately assess calls to help the business improve.
Essential ability to use spreadsheets and an attention to detail for the data entry. Have worked in a customer service role in the past to understand the importance of the phone and what makes for good and not so good service.
Useful to have knowledge of Ridgeway CRM and DMS systems and how to search for data.
As this is a new role it would be useful to able to follow a process but also have the skills to question the process by way of finding improvements to create new efficiencies and come up with ideas for meaningful reports for management.

Proficient in the use of Excel essential
Previous experience in a customer service role essential
