Salary: £28,800 – £36,000 per year
Working as a Service Advisor for a fast paced dynamic company in Aldershot, you will be coordinating the engineers whilst allocating workloads accordingly.
As the Service Advisor, you will need a patient and empathetic telephone manner to respond to customer warranty calls & queries, booking service engineer visits whilst liaising with customers.
Other daily responsibilities;
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email
- Booking service engineer visits
- Be first point of answering warranty calls & queries
- Empathetic telephone manner
- Good IT skills
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to showcase your proven scheduling/service advisory experience.
The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with free parking on site.
