Salary: £31,200 – £42,000 per year
Working as an After Sales Account Manager for an expanding, family run business in Aldershot, you will play a pivotal role within the service and after sales department.
You will be responding to customer queries, booking appointments for engineers and following up with customers after the sale of products.
To succeed as an After Sales Account Manager, you will possess exceptional customer service and administrative abilities, be a confident communicator and enjoy working to deadlines.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Appoint service engineers to visit and investigate product issues
- Building strong relationships with traders, end user customers and engineers
- Managing engineers’ diaries and scheduling call outs
- Allocating spare parts to the engineers
- Handling and triaging enquiries
- Logging warranty faults
- Providing product advice via telephone and email
