SRGEurope are delighted to be recruiting an Affiliate Marketing Manager for one of the best funded Online Gaming Start-Up businesses in the world. This is an incredible opportunity to join the business right at the start. The successful Affiliate Marketing Manager will be based at their new and exclusive Gibraltar office and report directly to the CEO. You will be an integral part in the growth and management of the whole Affiliate team.

Responsibilities of the successful Affiliate Marketing Manager:

• You will be the first hire into a brand new in-house Affiliate department and you will play a key part in building a successful Affiliate team.
• You will be the first point for key Affiliates and ensure that their brands are presented and promoted in the best possible manner.
• Provide regular reporting, insight and analysis to the CEO and how on-going activity can be optimized to drive acquisition and revenues.
• Ensure that Affiliates receive excellent service.
• Take an active role in the negotiation of new deals with key Affiliates.
• Taking an active role in understanding the products to be promoted, casino in particular.
• Keep informed on new competitive activity and inform the team on such developments.
• Ensure that Affiliates are updated with the latest related campaigns and updates.

Requirements of the successful Affiliate Marketing Manager:

• Fluent in English and another European language, preferably a Scandinavian language.
• Knowledge and existing relationships in the Nordic Online Gaming Affiliate markets is an asset.
• Experience from the I-gaming industry, preferably from within Affiliate management.
• Passion for Affiliate sales and business development.
• Strong computer skills and experience in using MsOffice tools.
• An academic degree in business, marketing or equivalent from a top-tier university is considered an asset.
• An appreciation for online advertising.
• Strong analytical and administrative skills.
• Experience gained from managing and leading staff.
