*£50k Realistic OTE, in first year, £65k-70k realistic OTE in second year – Uncapped* Employed and Self Employed

Our client is currently seeking employed and self-employed Financial Planners to join their company who provide an extensive financial service to the 50+ market.

They work in conjunction with the largest UK financial services network to provide open & ethical advice on investment planning, estate planning, equity release, pension planning, life assurance, savings, long-term care & life time mortgages.

Financial / Mortgage / Insurance – Planner / Advisors are able to utilise their expertise to provide an extensive range of services to their current client bank; you will also have access to an existing client bank (warm leads).

You will also have full support of paraplanning and administrative back up (allowing you to concentrate on your clients).

Our client will cover compliance & CAS issues as well as offering on-going training.

The Financial / Mortgage / Insurance – Planner / Advisor will:

* Already hold an industry relevant qualification: DipFS (Level 4)
* Apply an entrepreneurial attitude towards managing the client bank (leads)
* Have a high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm, be ambitious and be committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
* Have an ability to explain complex information clearly and simply and adhere to confidentiality rules and compliance procedures.
* Ability & confidence to work face to face with clients in their own homes.

What you can expect:

* Both employed (basic £30-33k) & self-employed contracts are available – self-employed realistic OTE of £30,000 to £50,000 for first year, realistic OTE £65,000 – £70,000 in second year.
* Excellent levels of support both in regard to sales & administration.
* The ability to utilise the backing of the network to achieve your personal business goals.
