HR Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Elevation HR are pleased to be working with a leading company based in the York area to support them in recruiting for a HR Advisor for a 12 month FTC.

The role will have an expectation to work from the office in York 2 days a week and from home the rest of the week.

The role will cover the following areas:
* High levels of Employee Relations advice
* Coaching, Guiding and Supporting Managers through processes and procedures
* Conducting Disciplinary Meetings, and follow up bundle preparation if necessary
* Absence Management and related controls
* Management Information analysis and report preparation
* HR Project Lead and involvement

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

* CIPD qualification or equivalent
* Demonstrable experience in ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment would be an advantage or as a minimum a high level of ER knowledge and experience.
* Have existing experience at an HR Advisor level to be able to immediately add value and make an impact
