We are very pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a vehicle, parts and servicing specialists based on the outskirts of Ipswich. They are currently seeking to appoint an administrator to work in their busy office to cover a six month maternity leave contract.
The successful candidate will be involved in completing tasks such as taking incoming calls from customers, clients and other departments, inputting of job cards on to the clients computer system, invoicing clients and customers and liaising between the service centre and customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous industry knowledge and strong administration experience
