My client, a security company based to the south of Cambridge are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their busy office.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a professional telephone manner and will have the ability to prioritize work using their own initiative as well as working well in a team.
The key responsibilities will be contacting customers, both domestic and commercial to arrange the servicing of their security systems, maintaining the database and achieving the company’s service targets.
Basic secretarial/administration skills are required with a good level of computer literacy, experience in MS Word/Excel and database use.
A good knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.
Due to the rural location the role would suit a driver.
