Position: Part Time Administrator (25 hours over 5 days)
Area of Law: Court of Protection
Salary: £15,000

Errington Legal is a legal specialist recruiter covering Solicitor and Legal Secretarial vacancies in East Anglia. As specialists we are able to offer our candidates and clients a bespoke and proactive level of service during a recruitment campaign.
Finance Administrator
Job requirements.
•Maintain accurate records in relation to files which have been closed, inclusive of reference number and location, and in conjunction with the Archiving Officer
•Document and time record for all work undertaken, including letters and all communications regarding clients, using the firm’s case management system.
•Provide support to the Case Workers, where required, by printing off CSS (Central Support Services) secretarial work, checking it is correct as far as possible before attaching to any relevant paperwork. Copying any attachments as necessary and distributing or filing as required.
•To provide photocopying support to all team members as and when directed by them
•Due to the volume of paperwork within the team, the duties of the role will be split roughly as 80-85% filing and 15-20% other administrative tasks.
Skills:
•Common sense approach to work, practical and logical working methods.
•Methodical approach to work, with good eye for detail.
•Good planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to take responsibility for own workload.
•Ability to obtain, assess and act on information received.
•Well-developed team-playing skills. Willing to ‘muck in’ with team activities, yet content to work alone and use initiative on day-to-day issues.
•Problem solving skills, and the ability to be proactive in dealing with queries and working to deadlines
