The Role
As an administrator you will be;
– Supporting Wealth Planners and Paraplanners in implementing Financial Planning advice for new and existing clients.
– Producing high-quality, accurate client communications and information.
– Using templates to send client correspondence.
– Keeping back-office system up to date with correspondence and information.
– Responsible for the preparation of client meeting packs.
– Ensure both the team and client are kept up to date with progress.
– General administrative tasks.
The Person
My client is looking for a candidate who;
Has a good experience within financial services.
– Is studying towards Level 4 Diploma Qualification.
– Has the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
– Ability to work with high net worth clients.
