ROLE DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will initially report into the Procurement Manager to provide support within the Procurement and Supply Chain business unit/team.
It will predominantly be a data assessment role for the first 6 months in order to carry out the assessment/marking of the Sub-Contractor database then once this has been successfully completed there will be great opportunity to develop your career further as the role sits within a centralised business unit that provides procurement and supply, business improvement, strategic development and pre-construction services for the Infrastructure Division.
Daily duties will include, but not limited to:

Data sorting, assessing, checking, marking and updating
*
Sub-contractor liaison
*
Business unit liaison
*
Database updates
WHAT’S REQUIRED?
The successful administrator/ data coordinator-assessor will possess;
*
A good level of Administration / Co-coordinator / Procurement experience gained in a construction/civil engineering environment
*
A degree in civil engineering or other related discipline – highly advantageous
*
Excellent communication skills supported by strong IT skills
*
The ability to work autonomously and be proactive in assessing data and information gathering
*
A passion for Procurement / Business Improvement would also be advantageous
