To update and maintain a quality critical filing system. THE COMPANY:

Brewster Pratap are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to work with a company who are leading in their industry. Close to motorway links in Bradford and easily accessible to Leeds, Halifax and Huddersfield

THE JOB:

To provide administrative and secretarial support to the site as part of a dedicated team.

Provide an efficient administrative service to the site including product booking, tracking and reporting.

To cover general reception/switchboard duties as required

To provide general reports and correspondence using window packages – in particular Word and Excel

To update and maintain a quality critical filing system.

To liase directly with external customers

Responsible for maintaining adequate stocks of stationary and canteen supplies

Organise travel for staff

Co-ordination of employee timesheets and holiday bookings.

Comply with site policies and procedures including health and safety

Co-ordinate purchase requisitions and monitor order status. Enter goods received details onto computer system in liaison with Head Office.

Assist with any other financial procedures and documents when required including control of petty cash

First point of contact for customers and visitors to the site

Answering and directing all telephone calls into the site.

Co-ordinating sign in/out and permit to work system for all visitors and contractors

Receive and distribute all incoming post and prepare outgoing mail and organise couriers when appropriate.
