Administrator

Administrator role to start ASAP in Gillingham. This is a full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

This position is looking to pay between £26,000 and £18,000, looking to achieve £18,000 following a successful 6 month probationary period.

The duties of the role include:

– Data Input

– Work Scheduling for Builders & Engineers

– Diary management for Project Managers

– Receiving incoming calls and filtering to the relevant areas

– Filing, typing and other general administration tasks

Our client would prefer a candidate with Administration experience within the construction or insurance maintenance industries. However, this is not essential. Ideally you will:

– Have experience working in a busy office environment

– Be hardworking, enthusiastic and organised

– Be computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office

– Have good customer service skills on the telephone

– Have an outgoing personality and be able to work off of your own initiative

The position is looking to start as soon as possible, and interviews to be held rather quickly.
