Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking Administrative Assistants for immediate placement in the Shrewsbury area. We have numerous positions available and can offer full time or part time hours on a regular basis.

This role is within a fast paced and busy environment, therefore an individual that is able to exercise initiative and work independently is desired. The candidate will have a variety of responsibilities and duties, and the opportunity to work within a flexible workplace. The candidate will be working alongside several departments in order to maintain the smooth functioning of the medical system, therefore being a team player is a key skill required.

Core duties would include:

Supporting the Administrative Team Leader in providing a compressive and effective administrative service to the health and social care team, ensuring high levels of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
To contribute to the overall success of the administrative team by supporting team members in the other sites, sharing resources, information and best practice.
Update and maintain relevant in house care management recording systems and electronic case file records ensuring client confidentiality.
Dealing with telephone calls in a sensitive manner.
Monitor and action in coming referrals sent via email and action with in deadlines.
Deliver an effective and professional front office service.

Requirements:

Use of own vehicle and valid driving licence as may be required to work between sites
Valid DBS registration
Competent IT Skills – MS Office background
2 Year Experience in a similar role
