ADMINISTRATION TEAM MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join our already successful Administration Department.

Job Role: TEAM MANAGER

Salary: £25,200-£30,000 Basic DOE

Claims Advisory Group is a well respected claims management company that works to deliver solutions to clients who have been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance, including cross selling of other products.

Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for leading, supporting, coaching and developing a team of administrators, whilst taking ownership of your team’s performance and targets.

  • Accountable for your team’s productivity and quality
  • Developing team through coaching, call evaluation, and feedback sessions
  • Conduct individual performance management tasks
  • Analyse team’s performance and implement appropriate solutions
  • Adapts communication style to the targeted audience
  • Work within Regulatory and Data Protection requirements
  • Liaise with other departments within the business
  • Responsible for achieving business SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Analyse reports to identify trends in order to optimise performance
  • Maintain and update records to provide accurate reporting
  • Apply ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ (TCF) principles
  • Positively contribute to the overall success of the business
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times
  • Flexible to change in order to meet business needs
  • Strives for continuous improvement

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in successfully managing a team in a target focused environment
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Enhanced communication and presentation skills delivered in both an engaging and motivational style
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise team’s workload
  • Provide development opportunities to improve proficiency levels
  • Ability to engage at all levels
  • Use appropriate questioning and listening techniques
  • Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures
  • Managing and delivering change
  • Builds good working relationships with colleagues
  • Proficient in handling escalated client objections

Hours:

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5hrs)
