Salary: £32,400 – £34,200 per year

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Neville Joinery Ltd – Luton, Bedfordshire

We are a well-established, family-owned Joinery Business with over 145 years experience in the industry. We have a fantastic opportunity for an ADMINISTRATION MANAGER to join our small, friendly Joinery team based in Luton, Beds.

The purpose of this role will be to provide end-to-end administration support for our busy Joinery office.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming calls to the department and dealing with customer requirements

* Processing Customer orders on the Company software system

* Invoice and pro-forma production

* Compliance/accreditation management

* Assisting with tendering

* Assisting with health and Safety

* Stock ordering

* Electronic stock control

* Liaison with other Company departments

* Data Input

* Electronic and manual filing

* General administration duties

* Communication with suppliers and clients (both verbal and in written form)

* Liaison with logistics suppliers

Experience and Attributes:

* Excellent organisational skills

* Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, pressurised administration management role

* Task oriented, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously

* Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills

* Ability to “own” a task from inception to completion

* Excellent IT ability, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Great team player who is conscientious and reliable

* Ideally trained on Redsky and Union Square software – or has a keenness to learn these

* Well presented and of smart appearance

The successful candidate will become a vital and intrinsic part of the joinery team and will become the “go to” person for all joinery administration enquires, together with providing excellent administrative support. Interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are fundamental requirements of this role.
