Reades Residential is an established Estate & Letting Agency based in Hawarden, on the outskirts of Chester.

Due to our continued success, we are now looking for a full-time Administration Coordinator to compliment the existing team, working from our prestigious offices to the centre of Hawarden Village.

The ideal candidate will be a responsible individual, capable of making sound decisions and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. A naturally enthusiastic person, you must be self-motivated, possess strong administration, communication, interpersonal and time management skills, an excellent team player, although able to work just as effectively alone, truly organised and committed to getting the job done to the highest possible standard.

With established, proven systems already in place, you will need to be accomplished in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook, have the aptitude to learn new systems and capable of working in a technology-centric environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to keep a cool head under pressure and impeccable attention to detail are also essential attributes for the position.

This is not a trainee position. Only outstanding Administrators with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills should apply.

Overview of the role:

  • Deal swiftly and effectively communications over the phone and via electronic communication
  • Progress property sales to completion
  • Process applications for tenancy
  • Liaise effectively with outside companies e.g. solicitors, lenders, financial advisors
  • Accurately produce contracts and letters (usually from templates)
  • Arrange appointments and maintain calendars
  • Take part and contribute to meetings with team
  • Take card payments
  • Scan and file paperwork
  • Maintain records using bespoke software
  • Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth running of department

Status & Salary

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Up to £22,200 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours

  • 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
