Leading luxury brand requires an Administration Assistant until the end of the year and possibly into January.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside the direct sales and customer service function, your role will be to provide administrative support on an ad hoc basis. A particular focus will be in dealing with issues relating to the implementation of new systems.
You will also be required to provide direct customer support from time to time when the customer service function is busy.
Key skills:
The successful candidate will be highly organised with an excellent attention to detail.
You will have some experience of using Excel and will have good general IT skills.
You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to adapt to different tasks that you will be required to carry out.
Previous experience of administration is essential.
You must be immediately available to start and have no travel plans until the New Year.
