An excellent opportunity has opened for a reliable and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our Printing company in Sidcup.
The role is for an immediate start.
£13000 – £17000
The ideal applicant will have some office experience with a keen eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude. You must be able to keep detailed records and have general IT knowledge.
The role itself would either suit a school leaver with good GCSE (or higher) grades and the right attitude or an experienced Administrator.
Main Responsibilities and Objectives:
– Data entry using bespoke computer system
– Updating relevant spread sheets for internal monitoring purposes
– Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices
– Assisting the Sales Team with the creation of spread sheets for suppliers and customers
– Assisting with the setting up of new accounts
– Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.
– Office filing and ordering office supplies
– Follow internal procedures in an effective and efficient way.
– General office duties as requested
Skills and Background:
– Confident and accurate data inputter
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) with ability to comfortably use bespoke computer packages
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Hours 9.00 to 5.30
– Holiday 25 days per annum
– On site parking
