Hays is currently partnered with a market leading organisation based in Wakefield. Recent changes have forced a recruitment drive within their finance teams and as a result they are now specifically recruiting an Accounts Payable Administrator job on a full time, temporary basis.
Your new role
This Accounts Payable Administrator position is vital for the finance team and requires someone who is experienced in purchase ledger & query resolution who is also comfortable with all other aspects of purchase ledger. You will be kept very busy with the team of purchase ledger clerks processing circa 5000 – 7000 per month.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must be experienced in all aspects of purchase ledger including, posting invoices onto the purchase ledger, dealing with queries and assisting with payment runs. SAP, Navision and Excel experience is desired but not essential for this role. Candidates with previous job based experience as a Purchase Ledger, Finance Officer or Finance Administrator would be preferable.
