Job Description
This role suits a confident and hardworking manager with experience of managing in-house and outsourced teams. The right candidate will come with a background in practice where they have a proven track record managing small teams and growing their team’s client base.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee a team of 5 senior accountants
* Correspond with and supervise a team based overseas
* Perform performance reviews
* Review work
* Set targets and ensure deadlines are adhered to
* Handle any escalated queries
* Preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax computations and returns
Person specification:
* Strong confident personality
* Practice accountant management experience
* Motivated to succeed in a practice
* QBE or a qualified accountant
