As part of our successful, vibrant Internal sales team, working out of our Manchester City centre head office you will be responsible for generating, sustaining and closing both new and existing business opportunities. A full sales cycle role you will be working to secure new accounts alongside selling new solutions to our existing base of customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Generating new business via cold calling and referrals from a number of sources.
- Maintaining renewal income and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conducting both specific and general-awareness campaigns to promote Escrow Services within target markets.
- Engaging in detailed correspondence with customers and preparing customized proposals.
- Hitting monthly sales and call targets.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly business forecasts.
Essential Role Requirements
- Outbound, business-to-business telesales experience.
- Direct cold-calling.
- Account management.
- Lead sourcing.
- Full sales cycle – ability to close deals.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Desirable Role Requirements
- Educated up to degree or A level standard.
