Working for a privately owned Merchant Bank business who are working
towards building a Global Brand by diversifying their offering and are now uniquely placed to now offer a whole suite of services to their clients. This role would suit someone with a genuine passion for finance, who is always looking to learn and develop themselves, who want to be part of what’s turning out to be a great International company. They are looking to hire talented finance assistant who wants to work with the best!

ROLE

  • Providing general assistance with bookkeeping, inputting data and generating reports
  • Preparing / processing sales invoices
  • Liaising with clients / credit control
  • Processing expenses / company credit cards / petty cash
  • Inputting purchase invoices into Sage Line 50
  • Cash Management
  • Assisting during the Audit

EXPERIENCE

  • Ideally no more than 3 years experience as and Accounts or Finance assistant since moving into your Finance career- this should be current
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to organize yourself to deal with lots of transactional work like invoices, expenses, and managed workloads to deadlines
  • Any experience gained from an international company would be desirable, or you might have come from a medium size company with international clients.
  • Some double entry knowledge / preparing accounts to trial balance stage, with profit / loss and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Working knowledge / experience with Sage Line 50 / Excel
  • You will be ideally AAT, ACCA or CIMA and demonstrate that you have a genuine passion for finance.
