Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for the position of Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper for an established business based in Solihul, paying £24,000 – £30,000

Duties of the role will include

Input of Purchase invoices into system

Reconciliation of Purchase ledger statements
-
Processing payments to suppliers
-
Credit control
-
Raising sales invoices on system
-
Processing statements on Sales Ledger
-
Allocating payments received
-
Reconciliation of Bank statements
-
Vat return completion and submission
-
EC Sales list
-
Nominal ledger journals
-
Production of trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and have strong excel skills with a minimum of 2 years prior bookkeeping experience.
