We are now looking for a talented Accounts and Despatch Assistant to come and join our team. We recruit people who believe in the things we do, people who are motivated, hardworking, and have a ‘can do,

Accounts and Despatch Assistant Job Duties:
– Preparing invoices against sales orders and despatches
– Despatching finished goods via the chosen carrier, analysing accuracy of information
– Arranging collection and delivery of all outgoing consignments
– Maintain sales ledgers in a diligent, timely and accurate manner
– Develop, implement and document record keeping and accounting systems
– Assisting and developing with the Finance team to develop in house procedures and reporting information
Essential Skills & Experiences:
– Recognised accounting qualification eg AAT (desirable)
– Demonstrable experience in a busy Finance Team
– Working knowledge of accounting software eg Sage
– Excellent attention to detail
– Self motivate and pro active attitude
– Advanced level of Microsoft packages: excel and word
