Accountant

Salary: £26,000 per year

I am currently working with an established company based in Swansea who are looking for an immediately available Accountant for a 9 to 12 month fixed term contract role. 

This client needs someone who can hit the ground running so you would need to have experience in a similar role in order to be considered for this opportunity and the want to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Duties include:

Prepare month end close and financial statements
Monthly management accounts
Daily and monthly balance reporting
Managing stock and inventory reporting
Balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation and posting of entries to nominal ledger
Establish and implement effective controls and systems processes
Maintain fixed asset register
Calculating accruals and prepayments
VAT returns
Cashflow forecasts
Support with year end Audit
