Account Specialist – Facilities Management- Blue Chip Client

Basic to £35,000, fantastic OTE, Major Blue Chip Client

Our client is a well established, successful, global multi-site consultancy looking for an experienced Account Specialist who must be experienced in recruiting into the Facilities Management sector supplying the following types of roles on a permanent basis;

M&E Project, Contract and Commercial Managers
• Hard & Soft Facility Managers
• M&E Site Managers and Supervisors
• HVAC Engineers
• Chiller/refrigeration Engineers
• Gas Engineers
• M&E Service & Maintenance Manager
• Estimators
• M&E Quantity Surveyors
• Technical
• Design
• Procurement
• Director and Board Level Positions

The office is based in a great location in central London.

This fantastic opportunity would suit an experienced Account Specialist, Internal Recruiter, Senior Consultant or a highly successful Recruitment Consultant from the Technical or Engineering sector of recruitment who is maybe fed up with the coal face sales and are looking for your next move to a true industry specialist.

Whilst as with every recruitment role, there is an element of sales, however this is a very warm section which simply needs further development.

You should have a succesful track record of sourcing technical staff and be able to hit the ground running in terms of setting up pipelines, sourcing quality candidates, establishing networks, hitting deadlines and offering a quality internal service to the business.
