The Person:
Recruitment experience in a full 360 degree role, you need to be able to demonstrate your excellent ability to maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts. They will need to be a self starter, work well individually as well as in a team, and have excellent client relationship skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, a confident and resilient individual that is prepared to listen and learn with excellent administrative skills.

The Role:
This role would be an account management position and would not involve any business develop whatsoever. You will work on the key corporate accounts within the business and deliver high quality candidates into this client base. This role will involve working on a fast paced desk, managing multiple roles at once, liaising with key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing, head hunting and qualifying candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating salary and daily rates and dealing with the aftercare.
