1st Line Technical Support

I am currently recruiting for a Technical Support role, for an industry leading FTSE100 company based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The ideal candidate will be joining their team of expanding support staff across the business, receiving excellent training and support.

We are looking for someone with;

* Previous IT systems support experience

*Great customer service skills

*Outgoing personality
* Dynamic and inquisitive

The salary for this role is £26,400on a rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday with no weekends.
Your start time will be no earlier than 08:00, with latest finish being no later than 17:30.
