Account Manager

Ambitions Personnel are currently recruiting for an Account manager on behalf of a client based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have worked previously within account management, sales or customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company who are able to offer a fantastic salary as well as progression opportunities.

Hours of work: Monday- Friday 8am until 5.30pm

Job Specification
Responsible for dealing with all new and existing clients queries/requirements
Providing a high level of account management at all times
Communicate effectively via telephone, email and letter
Attend meetings with new and existing clients
Proactively look at bringing on new business when there is the opportunity
Commute between head office and clients when needed

Person Specification
Confident dealing with clients both face to face and telephone
Hold a full UK Driving license
Experience within customer service, sales or account management
Flexible with start and finish time- to meet business requirements
Able to work towards tight targets and meet client requirements within SLA’s set
