OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Client Services Director, the overall purpose of this role is to develop and nurture client relationships and deliver marketing strategies, which meet (and exceed) the expectations and objectives of the client. This role assumes responsibility for the day-to-day running of established, prospective and new client accounts
YOU
As an Account Manager, you will need strong commercial awareness, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. As a manager you will be able to both manage and mentor your support team, helping them to grow and develop skills, which will suitably, line them up for promotion. You will be expected to carry out your role effectively, efficiently and in a professional manner at all times.
THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON WILL BE/HAVE:
– Marketing degree and/or CIM equivalent qualification
– At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing environment managing projects across the full marketing mix
– Good knowledge of on- and off-line marketing communications
– Proficient in web design Adobe Creative Cloud, photoshop, illustrator, dreamweaver or equivalent
– Experience of designing online for commercial results and mobile compliance
– Mac and PC literate, using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to a high standard
– Knowledge of print, production and design requirements
– A passion for marketing and an enthusiasm for learning new skills
– A desire for personal and professional development
– Creative, lateral thinker
– Good attention to detail
– Good eye for design
– Energetic team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated
– Proven track record of success in a similar role
– Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while being flexible to the changing needs of the client
– Ability to remain calm under pressure
– Measured, professional and supportive management style
