Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 per year

Based in South Kirkby, our client is growing the Sales team and is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to work within the Client Services Team.

This is a relationship role, building rapport with clients and growing accounts.

Are you an experienced Account Manager and come from the print industry? if so I would love to speak to you.

I am looking to speak to candidates who has worked within the print industry previously.

Role Requirements

* Work closely with your nominated clients (and colleagues) to deliver a firstclass service, taking responsibility for all aspects of their requirements.

* Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes – and follow up enquiries

* Set up and issue detailed works instructions – and follow through all jobs to completion

* Work within SLA’s to ensure the Business meets the contractual obligations to the Client.

* Continually look to exceed Client expectations

* Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role as the Business and Clients develop

Who are we looking for?

* You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this

* You will have client facing experience

* You will have a strong working knowledge of the Design & Print processes

* You will be a good problem solver

* You will be IT literate and be able to learn new systems

* You will be an excellent communicator

* You will be service Orientated

* You will be highly organised and precise, thorough, and methodical.

Qualifications

* Working Knowledge of the Design & Print industry
