My prestigious client based in Milton Keynes is currently looking for a Tenacious and Driven candidate to join their Account Management team. The account manager would be responsible for the daily runnings of client accounts and helping the company deliver on their contract.

The Role
· Develop and maintain client relationships at all levels
· Provide telephone and live chat support and advice for all users of the solution
· Analyse data to identify performance trends and create comprehensive reports
· Utilise performance reports to design and implement initiatives
· Agree, deliver and maintain client SLAs and KPIs

The Person
· To be Educated to Degree level or Equivalent
· Excellent communication skills
· A willingness to take initiative and responsibility
· A strong focus on targets and objectives
· Customer driven with ability to build long term relationships
· Good presentation skills
· Good level of analytical skills
· Strong ability to multi task and prioritise
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
