Delivering a high level of service to your customers at all times (mainly distributors and logistics) you will provide an excellent first point of contact. Providing accurate volume forecasts and performance analysis to various departments as necessary, you will be responsible for designated specialist areas and attend and contribute to customer meetings as required.

With a thorough understanding of your customer needs you will maximise opportunities by providing telemarketing and promotional support to your customer base.

With excellent system knowledge you will be a competent IT user and have very good MS Office skills.

Self motivated with the ability to prioritise, you will take enormous satisfaction in providing a first-class customer experience.
