Account Manager – UP TO 25K + 40% COMMISSION – WILMSLOW

My client is a dynamic recruitment consultancy specialising in business intelligence and niche IT recruitment. They are a fast growing recruitment organisation with a great deal of potential. Consultants are given a huge amount of support from a team that boasts a wealth of recruitment experience and they make a promise to work with their employees to ensure they achieve their full potential.

They are looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals with a minimum of 12months recruitment / resourcing experience for an Account Manager position in their office in Wilmslow.

In order for your CV to be considered you MUST have:

• An exceptional telephone manner

• Minimum of 12 months resourcing experience within IT or Professional Services

• Good interpersonal skills

• An inquisitive mind to take time to understand the needs of our candidates and clients

• The ability to multi task and thrive under pressure

• The ambition to succeed with a lot of hard work (but have lots of fun at the same time)

PACKAGE:

• Basic to £30k – depending upon experience

• Commission – Uncapped to 40%

• Incentives – Team days, holidays, TVs and more
