Essential Skills: Proven telephone sales experience with enthusiasm with a hunger to succeed.
Ideal: A background in security systems or IT is an advantage but not essential

Position Overview
To maintain existing account base and encourage and ensure growth of the business with existing client base.
To develop new business within the security sector.
You will be required to pro actively maintain an existing and established customer base. You will be in regular contact with your accounts and will be expected to develop relationships, understand and identify customers needs, provide products to fulfill those needs, ensure targets are achieved and service levels are at kept to a maximum.

To interact with customers on a daily basis
To maintain and ensure smooth running of existing accounts
To liaise with other departments to ensure production, technical and purchasing requirements are met
To process customers orders received via phone, fax and e-mail
To maximize profitability on all accounts
To meet both personal and team targets

Our client has seen continued success and as such are seeking new individuals to join their thriving sales team, As an Account Manager you would be selling into a B2B channel and will be required to proactively establish, develop and maintain a new client base as well and servicing existing customers to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Good PC knowledge

• Proven telephone sales experience
• The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Self-motivation with an outgoing personality
