Account Executive Opportunity – Equity Available

This is a fantastic opportunity for successful account executives looking for a more autonomous role with the ability to control your own diary, be home based and be able to work the hours that suit you and your lifestyle. It is also a fantastic financial opportunity for individuals heading towards retirement to create an “earn out” situation by owning an automatic 2.5% annual stake in the GWP value of your client portfolio to be paid for 10 years following retirement.

Based from home, you will be supported by a team of commercial brokers, administrators and claims experts at head office leaving your time free to focus on client acquisition and relationship building. You will have access to all markets, composite and specialist as well as full access to the group’s extensive product suite. On top of this you be in the unique position of having “the pen” with a major insurer and have to advantage of making your own underwriting decisions at point of sale.

This role would best suit account executives focused on dealing with general commercial insurance business with annual premiums spends between £6k and £240k; the setup is unlikely to be attractive to individuals from major corporate client backgrounds.

In terms of remuneration, there is flexibility depending on the individual. Perhaps you prefer to have a basic salary and commission structure, alternatively you may wish to have an uncapped “commission only” structure which allows you to earn a much higher income based on the size of your portfolio. Perhaps you’d prefer to start on a secure basic salary but to revert to a commission only salary at a point you’re comfortable with, the options are open and changeable.
