I’m working alongside an award-winning branding and digital design consultancy. They have a highly-skilled and specialised team focused on delivering high calibre creative and digital solutions for a range of global and national clients across a number of industries. They are currently a small-to-mid sized agency who is emerging as an extremely well respected next generation creative consultancy.
As the business continues to grow following a very successful few years, a new position has now opened for a Client Services Director or Senior Account Director to join the team.
The Position:
The focus of this Client Services Director role is to be the primary point of contact for clients whilst focusing on consistently growing relationships and inspiring clients with innovative ideas. You will lead design and development teams to deliver effective and sustainable solutions for branding and digital design / communication briefs. The projects will typically be focussed around brand strategy, competitive positioning and strong visual identity across a variety of websites, digital channels and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Client Services Director will be the driving force behind their clients. Inspiring them to explore a range of innovative and challenging solutions
- Advise clients on strategy, messaging, content and technical solutions
- Seek out opportunities to upsell ideas and solutions to expand the company’s influence
- Identify, pursue and win new business opportunities through building personal and agency reputation and through social networking
- Build loyalty and trust by always over-delivering
- Immersing yourself in the digital world in order to explore and understand commercial opportunities
Key Requirements:
This position requires somebody with the desire to be an integral part of a growing business. Somebody who is keen to shape an important and influential part of the agency is crucial. You will need a genuine passion and solid understanding of branding and digital. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Director or Client Services Director with a history in strategy for branding and digital projects. A commercial view and understanding is also very important.
