Aca Trainee Accountant

My client is a local well established Accounting Practice based in SW London. They are looking for a Trainee Accountant to join their friendly team.

They are looking to recruit a Trainee Accountant to provide accountancy services to their client base. You will work closely with other Accountants in order to maintain the high level of service offered by the Company.

This role requires an accounting candidate ideally working towards an accountancy/ professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA. This role would have full training provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Dealing with client queries by phone, email and post
• Manage own workload in order to deal with clients timely and efficiently
• Offer accountancy and taxation advice
• Completion of Final VAT Returns
• Preparation of statutory accounts, CT600 and Corporation Tax computations
• Completion of Personal Tax Returns
• Submission of PAYE End of Year Returns
• Completion of year-end working papers; bank, sales, VAT and PAYE
• Comply with deadlines and targets.

• Team player but able to use own initiative to manage workload

• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

• Salary £21,600 – £27,600
