Aca Trainee Accountant

Salary: £26,400 – £27,600 per year

Are you a graduate seeking a Trainee Accountant role with the view to becoming an ACA qualified accountant?

For a number of years now, Curtis Recruitment has been asked to provide our client, a prestigious, ICAEW accredited practice, with ACA Trainee Accountants who will embark upon their career in accountancy and attain the full ACA qualification.

This is fantastic opportunity for a bright and ambitious graduate to secure a three-year ACA training contract with full support.

Working in splendid offices on the outskirts of Slough, the successful applicant will receive a full ACA study package including:

• On the job training in audit, accounts and tax
• A rounded experience in all aspects of work within a well reputed firm of chartered accountants
• Study leave and attend ACA training courses
• All exams will be paid for on first sitting as part of your training package
• Ongoing support and advice from the practice

As Trainee Accountant, you will be required to attend client premises, therefore, a driving licence is essential, and you will live within a commutable distance of Slough. The company offers a very high level of training and has a great track record for training graduate to be a fully qualified accountant.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will meet the following criteria:

• Be a graduate, preferably in a relevant business subject, Maths or sciences
• Have good A Level grades; preferably A and B grades in Maths, English and/or sciences
• GCSE passes in English and Maths at A or B grades
• Be a good communicator
• Be highly motivated and ambitious

Should you have left school at 18 and have everything above apart from being a graduate, you may be eligible for their school leaver program where the firm seeks to match opportunity over time to your skill set, including progress at work and exams, attitude and soft skills. Some students on this program have in the past become Chartered Accountants.
