Are you a finance assistant looking for an exciting opportunity?
If so Juice have an excellent position for you! We are currently seeking a finance assistant for our Wiltshire based client. This opportunity is within a fantastic company who operate across the UK.
As a finance assistant you will be required to take responsibility of the following:
- Purchase ledger across all suppliers, this will include processing disputed invoices
- Sales ledger and liaison with all suppliers regarding this
- Credit control which will require running monthly spreadsheets
- Fleet management of all companies vehicles and liaison with staff to ensure all vehicles are serviced, taxed etc.
- VAT returns
- ECIBA Benefits
- Processing and reconciling busy cash and dealing with staff expenses
This is a busy role and therefore requires someone who is extremely organised with previous experience within a finance based role.
