The Client:
Our client provides the emergency telephone services for Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hampshire. The service reaches approximately 4 million people.
The medical team is made up of experienced, Registrars, Nurse Practioners, A&E Nurses and Paramedics.
The role:
Emergency Telephone operator
Carrying out complex clinical triage over the telephone
Providing patient assessment, and advising on appropriate care pathways
Compensation:
£25,000 for Training (12 weeks)
£30,000 ‘Go Live’ pay
The Candidate:
RGN, Paramedics, ECPs. This is a very challenging role, and given the nature of the calls, you will be required to have had previous experience in either A&E, AAU, MAU.
Applicants who have previous experience of working in a telephone triage environment with a proven track record will also be welcomed.
