Position: 6x High Calibre Graduates – PR and Marketing Recruitment Consultants

Location: Bank, Central London

Salary: £22k-£26k, OTE £42k+ (uncapped)

The Role

You will spend majority of your time either on the phone or meeting with people, you will be networking to find the best talent out there and the top clients to work with. This will involve:

• Cold-calling new businesses

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing businesses

• Contacting candidates looking for work

• Contact/headhunt candidates not actively seeking work

• Take job specs from clients

• Closing deals

Your Profile

This company is looking for a graduate with:

• A genuine drive and passion for success

• Great interpersonal skills on the phone and in person

• A sales background would be beneficial or the ability and interest to move into a fast paced industry

• Have a strong desire to take their career and earning potential into their own hands
