My client is currently looking to recruit a B2B Marketing Manager to join their expanding team.
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a B2B marketing plan in line with the sales and marketing objectives within the overall business plan.
- Create B2B marketing collateral to support the Sales, Product, Marketing and Brand communications objectives.
- Devise innovative strategies and campaigns that will support the sales team to increase new client acquisition and product penetration amongst the existing retailer base.
- Develop highly creative presentations and events that will support the sales, product and marketing teams to strengthen relationships with licensors and retailers.
- Track and evaluate market insights, business performance and consumer trend data to proactively drive refinement of the B2B marketing plan.
- Work with the senior team to develop and implement the corporate Brand strategy.
- Develop go-to-market campaigns to showcase new and existing products to our retailer
and licensor partners. - Work in close partnership with the Sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate collateral, tools and events.

- A sound understanding of B2B marketing principles, ideally to degree level.
- Highly creative and full of ideas, with an ability to communicate complex ideas quickly and effectively through a variety of on and off line media.
- Personable, presentable, outgoing and articulate.
- Strong project management and administrative skills, able to work under pressure and
to tight deadlines. - Quick thinking and adaptable, with a team-spirited approach.
- When applicable, a willingness to travel and support the global team e.g. events, exhibitions, presentations.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to produce compelling and optimised copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness and readability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- High sense of personal responsibility.
- A proactive attitude to self-development.
