2nd LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER – MS OFFICE / WINDOWS XP / WINDOWS 8.1 – LONDON. Initial 3 Month CONTRACT – Are you are a motivated Desktop Support / 2nd Line / Second Line Support Engineer who is used to supporting Windows Infrastructure and Project / Migration / Roll-out work? If you have a 2nd Line / Second Line / Desktop Support / Technical Support / IT Support background and used to working in a dynamic, fast paced, buzzy client site environment (Ideally ITIL) then submit your CV for this role immediately! You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a Windows XP to 8.1 roll out.

If you are able to support 2nd or possibly 3rd line engineers when / if necessary, offer quick, positive and polite responses to all staff regarding their IT issues, have excellent people skills and can maintain IT systems to minimise user disruption then !
The shifts are 08.30 – 17.00 and 09.00 – 17.30 and the contract is initially for 3 Months.
