2nd Line Support Engineer

2nd line Infrastructure Engineer – Windows Server, Exchange & Active Directory – £150-170 P/D – LONDON

Retail client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years experience. There is the potential for this role to go permanent if the successful candidate impresses during the 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st & 2nd line service desk telephone BAU IT support
• Incident resolution via phone & service desk;

Key skills required:

• Professional services experience.
• Excellent Customer Service ethic.
• Excellent technical support skills Windows 7, Office 2010.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Exchange
• Active Directory
• Mac Support

Desirable skills-

• Microsoft Dynamics AX
