1st/2nd line engineer based at Victoria, London. Initially 3 month contract, start ASAP The engineer will be responsible for the following: Monitoring – Daily check-lists and visual inspection of Comms room, Anti-Virus monitoring and remediation, SPAM filter monitoring and item release. Desktop/Mobile Support – Asset management (Inc. asset tagging, arranging maintenance and warranty repairs and returns), Hardware build and deploy (via WDS), Software deployment & patching (via WSUS). User Support – Lifecycle management (new starters, leavers), AD/Office 365 support & admin, Basic desktop product support (Microsoft, Adobe), Basic IP phone support (Avaya) Network Support – Basic troubleshooting, Patching, Desktop cabling and Audio-visual Support Basic troubleshooting.
