Avanti Recruitment is working with a Managed Services Provider based in Central London who is looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line support Engineer. This role is working for an established company that offer a full range of IT Support in London.
This role has come about due to the growth of the technical team and are now looking for a highly exprienced 2nd / 3rd Line all – round Support engineer to support via phone, remote sessions and also client facing work.
Skills that are a Must have:
– Superb Communication Skills
– Experience in Maintaining, configuring and deploying Microsoft Server and Desktop
– Active Directory, DCHP, windows server 2008
– Microsoft Hyper-V
– Networking knowledge, routing, Switching and firewalls
– Microsoft Exchange
– Designing and Implementing disaster recovery processes
