1st Line Support Engineer (Windows Server, Exchange) Liverpool; required for a managed service provider based in Liverpool city centre.

I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer for a managed service provider who specialise in providing support for small to medium enterprises, education and non-profit organisations within Merseyside.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team who are based in the head office within Liverpool city centre, where you will provide 1st Line Support to their existing portfolio of clients. Your main duties will include; Windows Desktop Support, Active Directory administration, Exchange administration, you will have knowledge of Windows Server 2008 support, it would be beneficial if you have an understanding of Symantec or a basic knowledge of routing and network configuration.
